I joined Connor Group at the start of COVID after spending years in Big Tech, where I had department and divisional finance leadership roles. One of the things I truly appreciated in Big Tech was the opportunity to work with exceptionally talented, capable, and ambitious teams—people who worked hard to achieve excellence.
When I transitioned to Connor Group, I was thrilled to find the same.
Here, I work alongside incredibly capable, ambitious individuals who are not just skilled but genuinely invested in the success of our clients. People who care deeply about providing value and supporting one another. This mindset resonated with me immediately, as I've always been growth oriented and service driven. Knowing that I’m part of a firm where collaboration and genuine care for clients are a priority is significant to me.
At Connor Group, we live by core values that define who we are:
𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀, 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁.
In my opinion, these values are at the heart of delivering exceptional client service, especially when helping clients navigate urgent and complex challenges.
Another thing I love about Connor Group is its entrepreneurial culture.
Coming from large matrixed multinational tech companies, I find it refreshing to work at a firm with a relatively flat organizational structure. It’s a place where people are empowered to bring their best ideas forward—to find their "single accelerators" and use them to make a meaningful impact.
This independence fuels creativity, innovation, and ownership. Everyone here is encouraged to think differently, act boldly, and contribute in big ways.
Looking back, joining Connor Group isn’t just a career decision I’m proud of—it’s a place where I get to be surrounded by talented people, embrace our core values, and provide meaningful impact for our clients every day.
