What to expect with a Connor Group internship

How long do internships last?

Internships last nine weeks and run from the first week of June until the second week of August.

Where can I intern?

Our internships are hybrid, in office two-three days per week. They include a week of in-person onboarding in our Salt Lake City office.

Who will I report to?

Serving on one or more client engagement teams, you’ll report to a supervisor who provides clear direction. You will also have a director or partner-level mentor to oversee your internship experience and performance.

How will an internship help develop my career?

As an advisory intern at Connor Group, you will have the opportunity to do client billable work, gaining meaningful experience. Most interns will work on multiple clients, doing multiple things--a formula for accelerated growth.

Will there be opportunities to network?

Form lasting relationships with team members and other interns through local and virtual meetings, events, and activities.
Develop your professional network by getting to know clients, partners, and their contacts. Connor Group’s network is extensive.

What makes your Connor Group internship unique and valuable?

Our interns participate in a "Shark Tank" capstone event to pitch innovative ideas on how to grow Connor Group. The winners are rewarded with cash prizes, and the ideas are evaluated for investment and implementation.
