On January 16, 2020, over 150 executives and leaders from the hottest technology, biotechnology, and growth companies on the East Coast are headed to Wall Street. This year’s invite-only “IPO Summit: Preparing for 2020 and Beyond” will be held at the New York Stock Exchange. This world-class gathering will arguably be one of the highest valued collections of East Coast private companies assembled in one room. Collectively, these entities employ over 55,000 professionals and have been in business on average 10 years. Connor Group Managing Partner Jim Neesen, alongside NYSE Vice Chairman John Tuttle, will have the honor of leading the Opening Remarks. Industry leaders from companies such as Goldman Sachs, SurveyMonkey, Peloton, Slack, Datadog and more have prepared panels on their experiences with the highs and lows of an IPO. Their comprehensive sessions will be presented from the perspectives of CFOs, GCs, and Investors. In addition, speakers will provide valuable insight on how to best prepare for successful IPOs in 2020. Jim will be moderating both the “CFO Perspective”, as well as the “Lunch with Legends – What Entrepreneurs Can Learn from Great Athletes” panel discussions. Attendees will start the new year ahead of the curve by learning how these 130 companies worth over $75 billion raised more than $37 billion in cash.
